PERIOD.
IT’S A (FE)MALE AFFAIR.
Hi, I am Carolina Spiess
As a certified Menstrual Cycle Coach, I support individuals and organizations in using cycle intelligence as a resource - for health, performance, and sustainable success. For less pain, shame, and helplessness, and more clarity, energy, and power.
For over 10 years as a management consultant, I ignored my cycle and worked against myself.
Today, I help women and organizations change exactly that.

Coaching
This is about learning to trust yourself again. I help you to stop fighting against your own body and guide you back to your intuition. Because your cycle influences how you think, work and see yourself. Together, we look at your body's rhythm, energy, and needs to shape your everyday life in an effective and self-determined way.
For organizations
Those who understand the impact of hormones on communication, creativity, and resilience, will lead and collaborate more effectively. Through tailored workshops and strategic consulting, I support companies in creating healthier, more inclusive work environments that consider cycle-aware ways of working. This leads to stronger performance, improved wellbeing, and a work culture that truly values female empowerment.
Speaking
For almost 20 years, I could hardly say ‘period’ out loud - now there’s nothing I love more than sharing it with others. As an experienced speaker and trained facilitator, I create light-bulb moments with a solid sense of humor in keynotes, podcasts or panels. Let’s talk period together!
The menstrual cycle is so much more than just a period.
It impacts mood, energy, and productivity. This is why it deserves more attention, especially in workplaces!
